SWELL VILLA

Swell is the most open villa in Sea Nomads. High ceilings, natural light, a covered terrace that looks out over the surrounding jungle. The private pool sits just outside the main living area — you’re in and out of the water all day without leaving the property.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, outdoor dining. The art on the walls is original work by Allison Kunath, painted directly on the walls. It has its own character.
At night, there’s almost no light around. The kind of sky you don’t see from the city. You hear the ocean. You hear birds. Nothing else competing for your attention.
The surf break is 5 minutes by car. Bikes available on property. We know every board rental, every instructor, every local spot — we’ll tell you exactly where to go before you even unpack. The villa is cleaned Monday through Friday.

TIDAL VILLA

Tidal sits surrounded by dense trees and tropical vegetation — more enclosed, more shade, more nature pressing in from every side. The private pool is tucked into the greenery.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen. Same DNA as Swell, different character. If Swell is open to the sky, Tidal is wrapped in the jungle.
At night, total darkness around you. The kind you only find away from the city. Stars above, ocean in the distance, birds at dawn. For anyone who needs to genuinely disconnect, this is where that happens.

PEAK SUITE
One very large bedroom. The biggest pool on the property. For two.
Peak is built around one very large bedroom with an oversized bathroom, walk-in closet, and a shower with outdoor access. The private pool is the largest on the property. Everything here is scaled up — more room, more space — just for two people.
You hear birds. You hear the ocean in the distance. Nothing else. If what you want from La Saladita is to surf in the morning and genuinely disappear in the afternoon, this is where you do that.

THE COMPOUND (Swell + Tidal)

The Compound is Swell and Tidal rented together as one unit. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two private pools, two full kitchens. Up to 8 people, no one else on the premises.
The two villas sit side by side on the property. Groups who book The Compound can use them as two separate living spaces — everyone together but each with their own corner. Some sleep in one villa, eat in the other, hang out by either pool. It works however your group wants it to.
No neighbors visible. No noise. At night, the sky opens up — no light pollution, stars everywhere, the ocean close enough to hear. The kind of privacy that’s hard to find at a hotel or resort, because it’s a different thing entirely.
We’ll sort out the surf logistics for the whole group — point everyone in the right direction for boards, lessons, food, and any local spots worth knowing. Both villas are cleaned Monday through Friday.

THE GROUNDS (Swell + Tidal + Peak)

The Grounds is the full property — Swell, Tidal, and Peak rented together. Five bedrooms, three private pools, two full kitchens. Up to 10 people with no neighbors, no other guests, no one else anywhere on the property.
This is the option for groups who want La Saladita as a private retreat. A surf trip where the whole crew has space to spread out — some doing dawn patrol while others sleep in, everyone with their own corner of the grounds, three pools to choose from.
7,200 m² of private grounds surrounded by tropical vegetation. No light around at night. Stars, ocean, birds — and your group. Nothing else.
We’ll point the whole group in the right direction: boards, lessons, the best local spots, food worth going to. You show up. We tell you where to go. All three villas are cleaned Monday through Friday.
